Shipping & Returns Policy
We aim to dispatch your orders within 48 hours of purchase. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed the following day. We offer free delivery to all areas in Bahrain.
We aim to dispatch international orders within 72 hours of purchase. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed the following day. We use fully trackable courier services such as DHL and FedEx to handle our deliveries. All international orders will be charged a fixed delivery fee of 40 Bahraini Dinars.
You will receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We have a 14-day exchange and returns policy, which means your item must be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days from date of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Local exchanges and returns will only be accepted in store.
All minors and under 18 is not allowed to transact or register as users.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All special orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned.
For the time being, all international sales are final sale and will not qualify for exchanges or returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
